On February 12, 2025 at 03:47 AM (U.S. time), a large-scale DDoS packet attack targeting our main server was detected. Our security team responded immediately and successfully blocked the malicious traffic. However, due to the volume of incoming packets, a temporary service delay of approximately 18 seconds occurred.
We would like to assure you that no data loss, account issues, or asset-related impact occurred, and all services are currently operating normally.
