These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Biton platform (the “Platform”) operated by LIMITED (the “Company”). By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and account information

  • You must be legally eligible to use the Services in your jurisdiction and meet the minimum age requirement.
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information and keep your account credentials secure.
  • The Company may restrict access where required by sanctions, regulations, or internal risk policies.

2. Identity verification (KYC) and AML

  • The Company may require identity verification and additional information to comply with applicable laws and internal policies.
  • Failure to provide requested documents or providing false information may result in account restrictions.
  • The Company may freeze withdrawals, suspend trading, or lock accounts for suspected fraud, hacking, or illicit activities, and may report to competent authorities as required.

3. Service availability and changes

  • The Services may be interrupted due to maintenance, security incidents, network issues, or regulatory changes.
  • The Company may modify features, limits, fees, or product offerings and will provide notice for material changes when reasonably possible.
  • Third-party outages (exchanges, data providers, blockchain networks) may delay prices, execution, deposits, or withdrawals.

4. Orders, execution, and derivatives

  • Order execution depends on market conditions and may not match the expected price or quantity.
  • Leveraged products amplify gains and losses and may result in forced liquidation.
  • Risk controls may include liquidation, margin adjustments, and position limits.

5. Fees and taxes

  • Fees may apply (trading, withdrawals, or other). Applicable fees are displayed on the Platform or in notices.
  • You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes related to your use of the Services.

6. Prohibited activities

  • Market manipulation, wash trading, money laundering, unauthorized access, account takeover, or any unlawful activity.
  • Any activity that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or the Platform’s policies.

7. Limitation of liability

  • Digital assets are highly volatile and you may lose all of your funds.
  • The Company is not liable for losses caused by force majeure events or third-party failures beyond reasonable control.
  • The Company is not liable for losses caused by your negligence (e.g., phishing, malware, weak passwords).

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. Restrictions may apply if there are unresolved transactions, disputes, or legal obligations.

9. Disputes

Disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussions. If not resolved, they may be subject to applicable laws and competent courts.

The Company values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

  • Required: account credentials (passwords stored in encrypted/hashed form), contact information (depending on settings), logs, device/browser data, IP address, transaction and withdrawal records.
  • KYC: identity information, address, and related verification materials as required by law/policy.
  • Support: tickets, messages, attachments, and support history.

  • Account creation and management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and security.
  • Processing trades/settlements/withdrawals and improving service quality.

5. Your rights

  • Access, correction, deletion, and objection/restriction requests.
  • You may close your account. Some data may be retained as required by law.

6. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures such as access controls, encryption, monitoring, and staff training.
